We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if continued representation would conflict with our professional obligations or ethical requirements under the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts in Bangkok.
